Fatty liver treatment can be somewhat of a physical procedure, but it is usually associated with lifestyle changes and safety. One of the main benefits of this disease is the accumulation of excess body fat, which will be shed if first needed. The liver is a very important organ and its problems are particularly harmful to human health.

There are two types of fatty liver disease:-

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD): This is the most common and is not caused by alcohol.

Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (AFLD): It is caused by excessive alcohol consumption.

Aim to lose 5-10% of your body weight. It can help reduce fat deposits in the liver.

Eating a healthy diet:-

Focus on a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. Limit saturated and trans fats, added sugars and processed foods.

Exercise regularly:-

Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week.
