The best diagnosis is that the patient should eat plenty of fruits and vegetables regularly rather than rice or bread. Fruits that are low in sugar are very effective for this disease. Consuming more acidic fruits is recommended. For example, oranges, lemons, pineapples, black jams, tomatoes, cucumbers, pomegranates are good for this disease. Vegetables include fenugreek, lettuce, peas, beetroot, nutmeg, coriander, mustard etc. These vegetables should be consumed as very helpful vegetables for the patients.

Diet chart for diabetic patient
1000-1200 calories

Early morning = get out of bed at 5 am = Drink 1 glass of lukewarm water - drink this water is Ushapan - then complete the daily journey.
Morning - 6 am = 1 cup of black tea (without sugar) with 3 creamcracker biscuits.
Breakfast (between 8 and 10 am) = 2 pieces of hand-made flour bread, vegetables (potatoes), cucumber.
Small meal at noon (between 12 pm and 1 pm) = Small amount of brown rice, vegetables (except potatoes), fried fish or egg or chicken stew, unsweetened sour cream, yogurt.
At 6 pm =  1 cup (tea without sugar), creamcracker biscuits, jhalmuri, light fried food if desired.
Have night meal between (7.30 and 8.30) = Hand made flour bread 3, vegetable (potatoes) 1 cup dal, milk 1 cup.


Beware of the following-

(a) Butter, margarine, over frying will not work at all.

(b) Eating and drinking must be done on time.

(c) Eat cucumber when you are hungry.

(d) Do not forget to drink enough water.

(e) It is wise not to eat sweet food.

(f) Alcohol, cold drinks, colored food, jam, jelly, sweet biscuits, cakes, pasties, patties, sugar, raw salt, sweet biscuits, cakes, sugar, raw salt, all kinds of food made from flour, should be completely stopped.
