2.Fatty liver disease: This type of fatty liver disease is caused by excessive alcohol consumption. Prolonged alcohol abuse can lead to fat accumulation in the liver, inflammation, and liver damage.

Limit added fats and oils: Be mindful of the amount of added fats and oils you use in cooking and dressings. Consider using cooking sprays or non-stick pans to reduce the need for excessive amounts of oil.

Incorporate healthy fats: While it's important to reduce unhealthy fats, it's also essential to include healthy fats in your diet. Include sources of unsaturated fats such as avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil. These fats can be beneficial for heart health.
