Gastric problems: causes, symptoms, prevention and treatment

By gastric we mean various stomach problems. These include heartburn, bloating, abdominal pain, indigestion, nausea, and constipation. Lifestyle changes: Following the prevention measures mentioned above.
Medicines: Heartburn medicines, acid neutralizers, digestive medicines, pain relievers etc.
In severe cases: Diagnosis and treatment by tests such as endoscopy, CT scan, biopsy etc.

Some home remedies

Ginger: Ginger is very beneficial for stomach problems. Consuming ginger tea on a regular basis eliminates gastric problems.
Cumin: Cumin improves digestion and relieves gas problems. Cumin powder mixed with water is beneficial.
Mint: Mint leaves are very cooling for the stomach. Drinking the juice of mint leaves mixed with water cures gastric problems.
Banana: Banana is good for stomach ulcers. Consuming bananas regularly helps to cure gastric problems.
Yogurt: Yogurt is rich in probiotics that improve digestion and relieve gastric problems.

Healthy living along with education is important to prevent gastric problems. Technical treatment may include anti-acids and management and medication. Multiple antacids and anti-acid medications may also be prescribed.
