Such as -stomach pain, bloating, fatigue, loss of appetite, weight loss, nausea, itchy skin, cold hands and feet, reduced brain function. Fatty liver is generally of 2 types. One is alcoholic fatty liver and the other is non-alcoholic fatty liver. It is normal to have a small amount of fat in the liver. But when excess fat accumulates, it can cause a variety of health problems.

The type of diet to be followed

● People suffering from alcoholic fatty liver should stop consuming alcohol first.

● If you are in the habit of drinking milk tea then that habit should be avoided. Condensed milk products or full cream milk should be excluded from the diet.

● To eliminate fatty liver, the diet must include foods rich in vitamins and minerals.

●Fiber-rich foods will help your digestion, curb hunger and keep your stomach full for longer So the diet must contain enough fiber-rich foods.

● Vegetables of different colors should be kept in the diet. Such as broccoli, carrots, beetroot, sweet pumpkin, beans, beets etc. Also different types of vegetables are available in our country. Any type of vegetable can be included in your daily diet.

● You can include a boiled egg in your daily diet. Among the dairy products, you can eat sour yogurt, non-fat milk.

● You can also add different fruits to your diet.

● Use of oil in food preparation should be reduced. Excess oily and spicy foods should be eaten less.

Accumulation of fat in the liver leads to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and alcoholic fatty liver disease, which destroys liver function. Fatigue, loss of appetite, and weight loss are some of the indicators that a person must watch out for, as these conditions are not usually symptomatic of fatty liver disease. FLDs must be treated immediately, or they can progress to jaundice, itching, and swelling—which can lead to liver cirrhosis and fibrosis.

Although fatty liver disease is not easily treated, it can be prevented by eating a balanced diet, maintaining a proper weight, exercising frequently, and avoiding alcohol. Also, regular liver check-ups are important to make sure the liver is healthy.
