USE:

Pain-qr oil- Apply 5-10 ml for hot formentation before and after massage at least twice or thrice a day can give tremendous result.

Ruma-t capsule- 1 Cap twice daily after meal or as directed by the physician.

Use since 3 month very happy
I am 62. Was having frozen right shoulder and waist pain. Got relief of around 50 % after one month use .Hence continuing further . Better than painkillers. Do not know about side effects.

Whatever the pain, it will fix it as soon as possible. But as long as you keep eating it, the day you stop taking this capsule, your pain will be activated on the same day. There will be more pain than before..don't use it
